Lauren Fecarotta
Lauren began teaching Vinyasa yoga in 2007 and opened Lucent Yoga in January 2016. She is registered as an E-RYT 500 instructor and is the lead teacher in the Lucent yoga teacher training. Her classes incorporate creative sequences of traditional asanas and emphasize alignment, opening and synchronicity between breath and body.
With playful transitions, challenging conditioning and thoughtful, fluid sequencing, her classes become a place to let go of expectations and boundaries and a way to explore new levels of lightness and strength. Lauren is also a Registered Ayurvedic Nutritionist and the founder of Ayurvedic Yoga Detox, an eight day cleanse that employs ancient and modern healing modalities to release sludge of all sorts.
