Sam is a freelance movement artist and yoga instructor based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. She has been teaching in the health and wellness space since 2018, offering public classes at Tracy Anderson Method and coaching clients one-on-one. She completed her 200hr yoga teacher training at SKY TING and continues to study under multiple yoga lineages.
With an expanded study of physicality from her career as a dancer, Sam’s class emphasizes organic movement, alignment and thoughtful sequencing. Her class offers practical tools and techniques to create space in the body and feel grounded on and off the mat.
As a sculpt instructor, Sam teaches carefully curated sequences, leaving you feeling strong, supported, and connected both physically and mentally. Each sculpt class is low impact and full body, offering detailed exercises that target the glutes, core, and arms.
Sam is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and helps people across NYC approach their wellbeing in a holistic way. She loves hiking, matcha, cooking healthy meals, sourcing vintage treasures, and saying hi to your dog.
